CSG is seeking a full time Program Manager for its Illinois office.  The Program Manager will serve in a key role managing CSG’s participation in the Ameren Illinois Home Energy Performance (Ameren Illinois HEP) program.  The Program Manager has full administrative, field operations, technical, reporting and financial accountability for the Ameren Illinois HEP program. The Program Manager will manage and grow the existing program and will be responsible for achieving program goals, which include successful management of  the residential home performance program, achieving production goals, managing the Quality Assurance services, ensure satisfactory delivery of CSG overall services to Ameren Illinois HEP program participants and vendors, and recruit, train and coordinate program installation contractors. The Program Manager will also be responsible for launching and managing a pilot HEP/Air Sealing program focused specifically on electrically heated homes.
