Overall Function Environmental Defense Fund is currently seeking a full-time Program Assistant in Washington, DC to provide administrative support for staff members in the International Climate Program. The International Climate Program, a subset of EDF’s Climate and Energy Program, works to reduce greenhouse gas emissions around the world through the promotion of innovative market-based mechanisms, participation in the UN climate negotiations, and advocacy for the Reduction of Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation (REDD) in developing countries. The Program Assistant will perform all necessary administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of programmatic activities for the International Climate Program. Key Responsibilities
