Job Title: Program Assistant for Environmental Law Program and National Coal Campaign Department: Conservation Location: San Francisco, CA Reports to: Director of Environmental Law Program Context: Provides administrative support for all aspects of the Environmental Law Program and National Coal Campaign Director operations, including courtroom litigation, research, web site maintenance, and administrative duties. Scope: The Program Assistant to the Environmental Law Program and National Coal Campaign handles a range of administrative duties. The Assistant provides support for five major categories: 1) support functions such as billing, reimbursements, travel logistics and vendor contracting; 2) web site and database maintenance; 3) document preparation, filing, and basic fact research in support of National Coal Campaign and courtroom litigation; 4) preparation and dissemination of educational materials and reports on Law Program and National Coal Campaign activities for the media, grassroots groups, and other audiences; and 5) assistance with the administration of Law Program and National Coal Campaign fundraising. |
