The Micro-generation and Heating team is responsible for identifying and evaluating cutting edge micro-generation and heating technology and developing products and services for the residential market such as heat pumps, solar photovoltaic and solar thermal systems. Their recent successes and growth have led to the creation of a dedicated sales team and expansion of customer services in order to meet growing market demand. The role: This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded Product Manager who will take responsibility of the full product development cycle. This will include market and competitor analysis, product and service definition, technical evaluation, supplier selection and management, defining and managing the end to end customer journey, and the development and management of 3rd party partnerships. In addition to the above, the role holder will focus on integrating our new suppliers and contractors into the Product Delivery Process. This will include developing operational processes, managing contracts with suppliers and monitoring their performance therefore experience of Contract and Account Management would be the key.
