Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the strategic development of the WWF-UK procurement function, including training budget-holders across a range of functions and reviewing existing procurement procedures. You will also be directly involved in negotiating larger contracts, as well as ensuring strong systems are in place to manage and monitor contracts. Degree qualified (or equivalent), you must have a thorough, demonstrable knowledge of services procurement, including a range of expenditure categories. You must also have a proven track record in delivering improvements to a procurement function, including achieving significant cost savings. Significant commercial and contract management experience is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
