Based in London £35,309 - £39,827 plus London Weighting of £3,550 This is a rare opportunity for a senior, experienced professional to join the Sustainable Business team to lead work with businesses, brands and organisations to foster sustainable innovation. Forum for the Future is looking for someone with experience of using creativity techniques to innovate products, services, experiences and business models that generate a step change in sustainability. Experience of project and relationship management is also required. Access to a personal network of creative professionals, and the proven ability to work with others to build prototypes, is desirable. Forum for the Future is one of the most influential, vibrant and highly respected organisations operating in the sustainability sector today. Now in its 20th year, the non-profit has evolved its strategy for delivering a more sustainable future by moving from working one-to-one with leading UK businesses to system innovation at a global level. At its heart is the belief that no one company can enable significant change alone and that making a real difference lies in ambitiously working with others to create the conditions to be able transform business as we know it today. This excellent opportunity is a varied and creative role, working across diverse sectors. The successful candidate will use and develop cutting edge approaches that enable global organisations to reimagine the future and challenge the status quo. A personal passion for tackling sustainability issues is essential, accompanied by knowledge of using futures techniques for inspiration and insight and an understanding of topics such as climate change, population growth and resource constraints. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for one year. We are open to applications from current freelancers. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
