Job Description:

We are looking for a well-connected, subject matter expert and driven leader in Energy, Environment and Climate Change Consulting. The impact of climate change on a wide variety of industries, governments and people is increasing the need for in-depth analysis and technical development of projects. This person will be tasked with moving our consultancy in these areas to the next level by expanding current accounts and winning new business across the globe. He/she will be required to engage in all areas of the sector with a priority on business development utilizing our local and international team of industry experts. Within this role, you will lead your assigned business activities related to climate, energy and environment service offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

  • Advanced Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience
  • Expert experience consulting in one or more of the following areas; climate change, sustainability, carbon management, resource conservation or energy management
  • Good relationship builder both within the team, clients and prospective clients
  • Must be task focused, results driven and have an ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with financial targets
  • Must have demonstrated ability to identify and develop business opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Disciplined at writing detailed and structured reports as well as participating on proposal development teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation and written skills and an ability to converse technically and confidently at all levels
  • Previous experience with key government agencies such as DOE and EPA
