Introduction

Principal Ecologist required to manage and lead the North of England Ecology Team and develop existing and new client relationships, to be based in Manchester on a permanent basis.

The Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Ecologist to progress their career with a dedicated and leading global consultancy to the built environment.

About You:

With a proven track record of leadership in ecological consultancy and building great client relationships, you will be an experienced Ecologist and team leader who regularly works with contractors and manages ecological aspects of major construction projects. You will have a high level of commercial awareness including successful project and budget management, and excellent report-writing, presentation and negotiation skills. Creative and innovative, with the ability to lead and inspire, delegate appropriately and engender learning in others, you will have a degree or equivalent qualification in Ecology or a related subject, hold full membership of CIEEM and be a Chartered Environmentalist.
