Our client is a fast growing consultancy with an enviable track record covering lots of high profile work. It is  poised as the leading specialist Ecological Consultancy in the UK and as part of its continued growth it now needs to recruit a talented Ecologist to lead the technical and business needs of its already successful office in the North. You will be expected to manage and inspire a team of ecologists to produce high quality work in line with the company values. In addition you will need to maintain and develop good client relationships and increase the amount of work for this office. The objective of the Board is to grow this office from 6 to 20 people within the mid to long term in line with its overall company business objectives. Given the requirements of this role it is unlikely that anyone without consultancy experience will be appropriate although any brand of ecological experience will be considered. In return you will be joining and enhancing an ambitious consultancy firm with the resources, planning and ambition to position itself as a sector leader.
