As a specialist in one of these areas: Benthic Ecology, Fisheries, Geophysical survey data analysis and benthic survey design, Intertidal and subtidal flora and fauna, Marine mammals, water quality, you will also be confident in all marine environmental and planning legislation and have the ability to undertake environmental assessments from site specific Habitat Regulations Assessments and EIA’s to Strategic Environmental Assessment.

 

You will be qualified to BSc level or ideally higher for Senior and Principal positions, and have evidence of relevant aquatic experience in one of the specialist areas we are looking for.  You will be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are therefore essential, as well as an attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines in a commercial environment.
