Job title - Practical Projects Officer. based in Northampton

Salary: £17,874.48 per annum

BTCV is the UK’s leading practical conservation charity working with people from all sectors of the community in positive action to improve the environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an dedicated person to develop and deliver practical environmental volunteering opportunities in Northamptonshire. You will be working with volunteers, landowners and clients on a daily basis to deliver high quality practical environmental work that benefits the local environment. You will also be involved with local community groups, be responsible for volunteer recruitment and retention and developing new projects and partnerships.

IT literate and with good communication skills you will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, be highly organised and work to tight deadlines. You will also have experience of leading and managing groups and individuals and be able to deliver high quality practical environmental work.

35 Hours per week

A full driving licence is required as the post holder has use of a company vehicle.
