To support the PR Manager with day to day tasks and coordinate with local agencies and service providers, we are looking for a PR Specialist to strengthen our European team to be based in the Munich office.
Key responsibilities
- Coordination daily ‘Market Watch’
- Coordinate all internal communications to Suntech European team
- Day-to-day contact for European trade and online media
- Handling day-to-day agency workflows
- Copywriting, editing and proof-reading PR texts
- Develop and maintain company web-site press European sections
- Back-up spokesperson
- Assist with company or media event planning

You must be able to demonstrate that you are self motivated, can work both in a team and independently and take initiative and ownership for your area of responsibility. Your past experience will have given you first class verbal and written communication skills and proven your attention to detail. You must be able to prove your ability to take on board and digest new information quickly and demonstrate sound business judgement in decision making. You will enjoy working with people of all levels internally as well as with external customers exhibiting integrity and fair behaviour to all you deal with. In a high energy, fast paced and achievement orientation environment you need to be flexible, adaptable, customer focused and commercially aware.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Business Administration or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in German and English is essential
- Experience and interest in area of Solar Renewable Energy
- Track record in innovation and/or technology PR
- Experience and good understanding of B2B campaigns
- Experience in working with online and social media
- Demonstrated record of effectively delivering multiple projects in a fast moving environment
