Person Specification

To be successful in this role, and our business, you will need to demonstrate the following qualification, professional expertise and personal attributes:

Technical / Professional Expertise

  • Comprehensive understanding of wind flow principles
  • Understanding of wind energy industry measurement techniques and standards
  • Aptitude in working with and/or the statistical analysis of data
  • Strong overall computer skills and ability to learn multiple software tools
  • Programming skills with FAMOS, C and similar
  • Bachelor of Science in relevant engineering, atmospheric science, or mathematics field
  • Master's degree preferred

Competency Requirements

  • Capable of working independently and as part of an integrated team
  • Good organisation and time management skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Climb and work on wind turbines and meteorological towers at upwards of 100 meters in height.
