Job title - Post Participation Co-Ordinators. based in North East Salary: £17,874.48 - £20,129.57 per annum We are currently looking for two Post Participation Co-ordinators, one will cover our centres in Consett, Chester-le-Street and Peterlee and the other is to cover our centres in Durham and Bishop Auckland. Applicants will have experience in a similar role. Some of the duties for role will be: 1. To effectively manage an individual’s employment in order to attain sustainability. 2. To source employer vacancies that match the job goals of individual Work Programme (WP) customers and meet the targets set for job outcomes through either new job entries or additional multiple jobs to secure sustainability of employment. 3. To be alert at all times to the opportunity to backfill a vacancy created by either a customer leaving a job or progressing to alternative employment. 4. To effectively run a “Hot Recruitment Desk” for individuals who enter employment. 5. To create, participate and contribute to marketing initiatives in order to secure employer contacts and generate vacancies and organise interviews and selection events. 6. To interview, assess and effectively match applicants with suitable vacancies and create short-lists of customers and their capabilities to ensure efficient and timely job placement. 7. To organise interviews and selection events. 8. To manage customer’s employment expectations and ensure that they are provided with support and feedback 9.To provide general ‘HR’ services to WP customers and their employers, offering employment advice, alternative customers if necessary and reviewing recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
