ü experience of working as an administrator in a busy officeü excellent and demonstrable interpersonal skillsü good general level of numeracy and literacyü good organisational and time management skillsü good telephone mannerü enthusiastic and positive dispositionü demonstrable good office skills with full computer literacy, including experience of using spreadsheets, word processing, data bases, internet and emailü Desk top publishing experienceü ability to work as part of a team or under own initiativeü ability to work with people at all levels within and external to the organisationü ability to undertake and tolerance of dealing with routine tasksü interest in, understanding of and willingness to act upon environmental issuesü willingness to undertake traininggeneral awareness of Health and Safety issues. |
