Description

The post holder will lead efforts both within Madagascar and internationally to develop and implement proactive conservation strategies and activities to restore the Ploughshare tortoise and its habitat. Working alongside Durrell colleagues in both Madagascar and the UK, they will coordinate efforts to develop an international and national network of Ploughshare partners and stakeholders, support Durrell’s captive breeding efforts, ensure protection of the wild population and lead on species and habitat restoration in Baly Bay National Park.
