A day course aimed at the keen beginner and improver, this course provides an introduction to using the recently published vegetative key. Emphasis will be placed on key characters to distinguish each species from similar looking plants. By the end of the course participants should be able to use the key to identify species in the major groups. The only requirements for this course are an enthusiasm for plants and moderate walking ability.
