Planning Officer Post (0.8 FTE)

Salary  £24,784  (£30,980 fte)

We are looking for an experienced qualified planner to lead on the Friends of the Lake District planning policy and development case work.  You will need to be an excellent communicator, handle a busy and diverse work load, be a team player, self-motivated and have a passion for landscape conservation.  As a membership charity dealing with high profile issues you’ll need to be comfortable with representing the organisation at all levels, from Government to local community, together with campaigning to achieve our policy aims.

The post will be based at our offices in Kendal and your job will require travelling across all parts of Cumbria.
