We are looking for motivated self starters who enjoy a wide ranging brief to provide professional support to our senior managers across a full range of administrative, secretarial and business management activities. The specific job description will differ slightly depending on the area you are assigned to but tasks are likely to include effective inbox management, meeting coordination and effective diary management, monitoring budgets, providing first point of contact for telephone enquiries and drafting responses to correspondence.
To be successful, you will need to provide evidence of excellent communication skills coupled with strong analytical and financial management abilities. you will need to be proficient in using a full range of Microsoft products - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Previous experience of providing comprehensive executive support to senior managers in a complex and demanding environment is highly desirable.
To demonstrate your suitability for Senior Personal Assistant, we would also need to see evidence of leadership and people management skills together with the ability to think strategically.
