Title: Payroll Specialist - Finance & Administration Division Reports to: Controller - Finance & Administration Division Location: New York,NY The Rainforest Alliance is an international nonprofit organization that works to conserve biodiversity and ensure sustainable livelihoods by transforming land-use practices, business practices and consumer behavior. Based in New York City, with offices throughout the United States and worldwide, the Rainforest Alliance works with people whose livelihoods depend on the land, helping them transform the way they grow food, harvest wood and host travelers. Position Summary: The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that Rainforest Alliance’s payroll is transmitted timely and accurately. S/he serves as a key member of the finance and accounting team and will coordinate the activities of U.S.and International payroll providers. S/he also oversees the annual production of W2’s and all other ancillary reports. S/he serves as a key liaison between Human Resources and Finance & Accounting. Responsibilities: Payroll
