Description
The post holder will have overall responsibility for the volunteer recruitment strategy and building partnership relationships. Recruitment routes will include: the website, general programme publicity, corporate employees, v inspired networks, voluntary sector organisations and community groups.

With excellent communication and networking skills, you will have experience in developing relationships with community organisations and successfully recruiting young people to volunteering using a variety of routes. An understanding of what drives young people to volunteer and experience of engaging NEETs is essential.
