Salary: up to £28,458 per annum dependent on experience + study support Full-Time, Godalming, Surrey
We are seeking to recruit a part qualified accountant, studying towards ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA, to support the Director of Resources in producing timely management information and reporting. The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience of financial management in a similar environment, including bank reconciliation, expenses, production of management accounts and various analysis and reporting. Intermediate Excel & Sage are essential, Word and Raisers Edge experience would be an advantage. The role will be responsible for:
1.Assisting the Director of Resources and senior management with the provision of management information and reports including monthly management accounts, forecast and variance analysis 2.Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial policies including expenses, credit cards and payments to outside bodies and suppliers 3.Providing early reporting of non-compliance and exceptions to the Director of Resources 4.Managing day-to-day financial transactions including purchase ledger, reconciliations, payroll, regulatory returns, BACS and general financial administration.
