Paid Sustainability Internships in Europe

Change Agents UK’s Leonardo Programme – Green Grads for Sustainable Futures – will once again be sending UK graduates on funded
 internships across Europe. We have joined forces with 17 host partners across Europe to deliver 32 funded 9, 12 or 16 month placements that 
offer fantastic professional development opportunities to graduates passionate about sustainability. The programme is funded by the 
EU Commission, the through the Life Long Learning Programme. Participants will gain an understanding of sustainability related projects in 
an international context, develop their employability skills and gain experience in areas ranging from community and international development, 
research, EU policy, green energy and beyond. Participants will also boost their cultural understanding of the host country and enhance their 
language skills. If you are a graduate looking to build your skills and gain experience in an international context, then this could be the programme for you! 

Participants are provided with a living allowance, to cover their accomodation, food and travel expenses whilst on placement. 
Travel expenses to and from the host country will be covered for the 9 and 12 week placements.Participants on 16 week placements will need to
fund their own travel costs.

Our September Leonardo flow offers 31 funded placements with 14 different European hosts. Open to UK residents. We have a huge range of 
internships available to suit graduates with various degrees and work experience.

Energy Community Intern – Spain

12 week placements:

Education and Sustainable Development Researcher – Austria
Research Intern – Poland
Environmental and Outdoor Educator - Czech Republic
Education and Sustainability Officer – Portugal
Enevents and Workshop Facilitator - Norway 

9 week placements:

Sustainable Buildings Intern – Spain
