NIRAS Consulting Ltd. was formed earlier this year to provide planning, consenting and environmental support to those involved in offshore development. This is a new UK-based company set up in partnership with NIRAS.

Presently, we are looking for an Ornithology Adviser.
The Job
Our Ornithology Adviser will provide expert input to Environmental Impact Assessments, monitoring reports and broader work to understand environmental regulatory obligations.
Requirements
A biological or environmental science degree, knowledge of the Habitats and Birds Directive and at least 3 years experience working in an advisory capacity.
Expertise in statistics and modelling and some practical bird monitoring experience would be an advantage
