Salary: £18,231.97 per annum

TCV Employment and Training Services is the UK’s leading practical conservation charity working with people from all sectors of the community in positive action to improve the environment.

The role involves conducting one to one diagnostic/Advice & Guidance sessions with unemployed people from various backgrounds and with various barriers to employment, You will also be supporting people overcome objections and barriers to employment and to secure them work.

Experience of working with unemployed people is essential as well as experience of working to MSLs or KPIs. An IAG or similar qualification is desirable.

37.5 hours per week 

A full clean or near clean driving licence is essential.
