Meridian is New Zealand's largest electricity generator with sustainability at the core of our business. We currently have a vacancy for someone to manage the field operating of Meridian Energy's Mid Waitaki Hydro Power Stations. You will be responsible for providing field operating skills to support the people and plant and to ensure that plant outages are planned and expedited in a safe and efficient manner. We are looking for a pro-active, team focused Operator who ideally has experience with heavy rotating plant or hydro generating equipment. You will have a strong commitment to Health & Safety within the workplace along with good written skills, attention to detail and current drivers licence.
