Salary circa £30,000-40,000 (FTE) (depending on experience) + excellent benefits.

Triodos Renewables is a public limited company, owned by over 4,500 shareholders who want their money to help tackle climate change, and recognise the long-term business potential of renewable energy. Triodos Renewables owns and operates eight renewable energy assets with an aggregate capacity 40MW and aims to double this in the next 3 years. This role will manage the operations of the Plc and support its long term growth plans.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Triodos Renewables, an organisation that practices what it preaches and actively promotes a better world.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing health and safety including, contributing to the design and implementation of health and safety policy
  • Managing and procuring subcontractors to operate, maintain and inspect the portfolio, and be the interface between the company and its contractors
  • Assisting with the procurement of capital equipment and associated maintenance agreements
  • Contributing to the due diligence process for acquisitions.

We are looking for someone that has:

  • At least 5 years operational experience in the renewable industry, preferably within wind energy
  • Managed subcontractors, preferably remotely
  • Sound project management, supplier management, procurement, negotiation and maintenance skills
