Operations Manager, DOE

Relatively newly accredited, and highly reputable Designated Operational Entity (DOE) are seeking an Operational Manager for it's German based HQ. The parent company is very successful a fast growing global enterprise.

The role exists because of the huge increase in demand from clients and expansion of the team, which now requires a dedicated resource to undertake the role.

Main Duties include;

- To oversee the entire certification operation and global audit staff
- Ensure deadlines are being met
- Prioritise workload and allocate resources depending on importance
- Maintain relationships with external agents such as the EB and UNFCCC to ensure compliance is being met

The ideal candidate;

- Has a deep understanding of the operational activity of a certification company
- Strong experience with Clean Development Mechanism (CDM)
- Experience working as an auditor in a DOE would be highly preferable
- Highly organised, and excellent commiunication skills
- Experience in co-ordinating global teams
- Proven project management skills / experience
- Fluent in English, German speaker preferred but not essential.
