Operations Manager - Gold Coast

Ecosure has an executive team position for an experienced customer focused manager who will lead the operations of our business. You will lead a team of approximately 20 professionals, with direct reports including senior scientists and experienced field team supervisors, all absolutely dedicated to achieving high value outcomes for the environment and our clients. An attractive remuneration package commensurate with your contribution is available.

Selection criteria

 

Essential

• Determination to have fun at work
• Demonstrated passion in your professional contribution to the environment
• Environmental degree and Project Management qualifications or equivalent
• Extensive experience in management, project budget control, supervision, coaching and mentoring in a professional consulting setting
• Business acumen and a customer service focus
• Organisational ability including project management, resource allocation and logistics as well as the ability to develop and implement procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written including client liaison skills
• Drivers licence
