The Operations Account Manager is responsible for the management of all Southwest accounts and supports the Operations General Manager of the Recyclebank business. The Operations Account Manager is a liaison between the Account Management, Rewards, Tech and Creative teams and ensures that all aspects of the Client/Partner relationship are effectively managed and executed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Managing all aspects of local hauler and municipal account relationships working closely with marketing, operations and technology to ensure implementation of Recyclebank’s contractual obligations to clients.
- Maintaining and growing relationships in conjunction with the lead on the account.
- Reporting as determined by contract and account lead, conducting regular phone calls, presenting at in-person meetings and status updates to the General Manager and Director of Account Management.
- Critically analyzing client performance metrics to identify the specific needs of the client.
- Working with the General Manager to address operational needs and implementing processes necessary for their fulfillment.
- Managing field service activities related to the company’s daily operations.

- Excellent oral and written communications. Making effective and persuasive speeches and presentations.
- Strong bi-lingual oral and written skills (Spanish).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree.
- 3 + years of account management or marketing support experience.
- Located in California.
