We seek a Online Systems Specialist to be responsible for producing specialized work, providing expertise and trouble-shooting for NWF's online constituent management systems (Primarily Convio, but other platforms such as SiteCore and SilverPop). This mission-critical system helps us deliver emails to our constituents, manage events, take donations and run action alerts to engage the public in wildlife issues. The Online Systems Specialist will work with staff across the organization and be held accountable for: more complex Convio configurations such as TeamRaiser, Omniture coding, Donations API; HTML editing and design work and trouble-shooting; production of emails, uploading lists, donation forms, events, etc. for departments that don't have dedicated Online Specialist-type staff; advising others about the use of Convio, and other special projects. The Online Systems Specialist's responsibilities also include learning new functionality, brain-storming how it can help support constituent fundraising and outreach, and working with Convio users to implement new functionality as appropriate. *The use of online systems will change over time. This position will use the mix of systems and functionality that is considered optimal for NWF's use. At the moment, these are references to Convio.
