We seek an Online Operations Coordinator to work closely with internet team members to ensure services and products are fulfilled in a timely and high-quality manner. The Online Operations Coordinator is involved with operational tasks (daily maintenance) such as developing and continually improving systems to track operational requests, coordinating intake of requests and assigning operational tasks to another team member, carefully monitoring results, fulfilling operational tickets and helps with software administration, providing ongoing communication to clients or other outside parties (such as partners or vendors), and supporting team members for task completion and follow-through. He or she will also be responsible for larger projects (website builds, RFP processes, process development) and will be responsible for: influencing and participating in systems to monitor the life cycle of larger projects, being responsible for successful project completion - including web architecture, design, builds, solving technical challenges and staff training, communicating clearly their project status within the team, communicating clearly with internal clients (NWF staff) and external clients (vendors, coalition partners etc.), and learning about project management best practices and finding new ways to continually improve team processes.
