Description: The 3Degrees office in San Francisco is seeking a motivated, confident, and dependable Office Manager to lead our office headquarters. This full-time position will support 3Degrees’ executive team and manage the administration of our San Francisco headquarters and our team of approximately 40 FTE. This includes managing supplies and vendors, maintaining office logistics and facilities, reception, travel coordination and event planning, and administrative, HR and accounting support.
Duties: This position will be responsible for the following:
  • Reception, Facilities Management & Scheduling
  • Office Supplies and Equipment Management – including vendor management and budgeting
  • Communication of policies, procedures and documentation to the team
  • Event Planning
  • Customer Welcome Kit Management & Fulfillment
  • Business Licenses & Registrations
  • Executive Assistance – includes managing logistics, expenses, and scheduling
  • Mail and Shipping
  • General Office Support – includes data entry, and document scanning, faxing, and filing
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or equivalent
  • Positive, team-minded attitude with strong service orientation
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to manage and communicate with vendors
  • Ability to independently learn new technologies and systems
  • Internally motivated with a consistent desire to improve and strive for both individual and company excellence
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously to deliver high quality results on time
  • Experience in a growth stage enterprise preferred
  • Proficiency with basic data entry and reconciliation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Microsoft Access or SQL databases a plus
  • Experience with Quickbooks and/or Microsoft Dynamics a plus
