Overall purpose of the job: To provide effective, efficient and confidential secretarial and administrative support to all staff of the European Division and to run the day-to-day business of the European Division. The successful candidate will: Have at least two years secretarial and office management experience in Brussels, or three in another country. Be highly organized and be computer literate. Be fluent in English and French. Salary indication: 2200 Euros gross/month (pro-rata if part time), holiday allowance and 13th month, as well as pension scheme and benefits.
