Job Description
• Receives and directs visitors, employment applicants, salespersons and customers to appropriate locations and parties. 
• Typically operates a single or multiple position telephone system.
• Maintains a visitors’ log and issues badges when necessary.
• Additional duties may include filing, sorting, mail distribution and completing special clerical projects. 
• May provide analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive, administrative, and line and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties.
• Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations. 
• Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
• Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. Assignments may be found in various functional areas.
• Schedules and coordinates interviews for all functions.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of Receptionist or administrative experience
• High tech and manufacturing experience is very desirable
• 1+ years using the MS Office suite of products, including a medium level (or above) working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Professional appearance and attire
• A high degree of flexibility, team spirit, independence and readiness for duty
