O & M Supervisor

Mission: Supervision of the maintenance of wind turbine generators.

Functions:

Report to client information on the evolution of machines, ensuring compliance with the targets set against
Coordinate equipment maintenance personnel contracted by analyzing parts, tools, documentation failures, incidents and time control.
Controlling consumption and resources in the park, including the monitoring of stocks and inventories.
Analyze the availability of the machines.
Analyze and monitor park maintenance procedures.
Monitoring times for completion of work.
New parks, technical and human resources planning, and loads of monthly reports trabajo.Elaborar internal and external customers.
Make progress reports to the Parks.
Making notifications of failures and accidents to relevant departments daily.
Tracking stocks in warehouses assigned to your area and inventory control.
Perform start-up notifications to the department involved.
Collaborate and ensure compliance with quality standards, environment and risk prevention set out in the Integrated Management System.

 

Minimum Requirements

Education: Candidates must possess at least Technical College Degree in electro-mechanical fundamentals. Electrical/Electronic Engineer.

Languages: Good command of English. Good comand of Spanish will be a plus.

Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in industrial equipment Operation & Maintenance, aswell as personel management, customer contact and subcontrat  control.

Personal profile: Ideal candidate will be self-starter, with strong organizational skills, with good communication skills, strong problem solving mind.
