This position will specialize in SunEdison’s ground mount product line and will lead all manufacturing engineering efforts including Design for Manufacturability, Supplier readiness assessment, Quality and reliability performance and cost engineering. Work with technology team from early stage in product development to define FMEA, Qualification tests, material specifications, supplier evaluation, mistake proofing and manufacturability. Own PQR 4 and 5 and drive rigor in product release. Create clear product documentation and support operations from engineering perspective on all roof products. Review product field performance and help drive corrective and preventive actions. Support project design teams for advance engineering issues during project layout. Lead all product engineering changes in lifecycle of the product including those being made to improve LCOE of hese products. Understand and create reliability plans for these products.
