Connecting young people with Nature has never been more important. Are you motivated to make a difference for people and nature in Northern Ireland by enthusing decision makers and developing partnerships with other organisations to implement ambitious strategic objectives? If so, this role is just what you are looking for.
You will lead the implementation of the RSPB's Youth Strategy in Northern Ireland, working with colleagues to build a creative and audience-focused programme of work that also supports the Society's wider strategic objectives.
You will have a clear business focus, resilient, and able to prioritise, be solution focussed with a proven track record in leading and managing change, passionately and effectively communicating and collaborating with a range of people.
This project is part funded by the Northern Ireland Environment Agency under the Natural Heritage Grants Programme.
