Summary: Manage and execute all aspects of Next Step Living outreach programs designed to generate interest in Next Step Living’s services across New Hampshire.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 
·        Identify municipalities, corporations, membership organizations, and community groups for outreach partnerships
·        Support Director of Community Programs and Head of Institutional Relationships in creating formal outreach relationships with municipalities, corporations, membership organizations, and community groups
·        Implement and oversee multi-year community outreach campaigns Manage programs with partners
·        Meet quarterly goals in for generating scheduled energy assessments (goals are subject to change based on capacity)
·        Customize Next Step Living programs to meet the specific needs of partnership organizations
·        Assist in the design paper and online outreach materials for each program
·        Create and maintain relationships with institutions within municipal partners such as faith-based groups, educational organizations, and local business for the purpose of generating interest for Next Step Living’s services among their members or constituents
·        Plan and attend events in communities and corporate offices to promote active programs
·        May be responsible for the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising of volunteer, interns or employees for the purpose of conducting door to door campaigns or other outreach initiatives
·        Prepare reports and track results to assess success of outreach program; adjust as necessary to improve outcome
