America’s #1 conservation service organization seeks qualified individuals to lead summer teams of 10 youth in conservation projects at NY State parks located in Buffalo, Hudson and Long Island New York.  Crew Leaders will work closely with NY Parks Staff and the SCA to develop, implement and complete conservation service projects while developing green job readiness skills. 

Primary Responsibilities:
Co-lead, mentor and coach a crew of 10 members, ages 16-19 to complete conservation restoration and maintenance projects in selected NY State Parks; support education and training activities; facilitate pre- and post-program planning which includes crew training, education and reporting.
