Natural Heritage Officer
Full time (37.5 hours/week); Permanent
Band C salaray scale £23,391 - £27,364
Based in Grantown-on-Spey
We are seeking a Natural Heritage Officer to support effective delivery of natural heritage casework and to work closely with colleagues in the Planning Service to ensure a high quality, customer responsive service. Responsibilities include providing natural heritage advice and supporting delivery of statutory duties relating to Habitats Regulations and European Protected Species.
The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification to degree standard in an environmental science and will have experience of providing advice on natural heritage for plans or projects.
