National Citizen Service 360 Wave staff

We have 45 inspiring jobs this summer, working on the National Citizen Service 360 programme. This is youth work that will really make a big difference; to young people, Yorkshire communities, society and your future.

The NCS 360 summer programme is for 16-year-olds that aims to promote a more cohesive, responsible and engaged society by bringing ‘waves’ of young people from different backgrounds together to make a difference in their Yorkshire communities.

The 3 positions available are Wave Coordinator, Team Facilitator and Team Supporter which all;

• Support young people during a two week outward-bound residential
• Network with like-minded organisations and individuals

 In addition, all roles will receive full induction and training including:

• Facilitation and decision making during group activities and meetings
• Time management, organisational and problem solving
• Team working and supporting
• Communication and critical thinking skills
• Structured work experience in Youth Working

Accommodation and food are provided for all roles during the two week residential

7 Week Positions:

• Wave Coordinator: £18,000 pro rata
• Team Facilitator: £15,000 pro rata

3 Week Position:

• Team Supporter, £12,000 pro rata
