Groundwork London transforms lives in the capital’s most disadvantaged communities by helping them become stronger, healthier and greener. We work across a range of environmental and social programmes that help people gain confidence and skills, get into training and work, protect and improve green spaces and lead more active lives.

From 2020, we will be London’s largest provider of the National Citizen Service (NCS) and are recruiting to support 4500 16 and 17-year-olds to participate in the programme. The programme brings together young people from different backgrounds and helps them develop greater confidence, self-awareness and responsibility.
