Salary: £17,874 - £19,347 per annum

TCV Employment and Training is a leading provider of recruitment and employment focused training.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our multi functional Cardiff Team.

Working on a proven government initiative managed by a highly successful Prime Contract holder you will be responsible for delivering Mandatory Work Activity to customers referred to TCV through JCP.

Delivering to a strict set of contract targets and key performance indicators the successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing work placements across all employment sectors including carrying out pre-vet checks. The successful candidate will also induct customers onto the provision conducting a robust initial assessment prior to matching and placing customers with work placement providers whilst managing and reviewing their journey with TCV.

Ideally the successful candidate will hold a qualification relating to assessment, review or guidance, be a strong sales person, be proficient in undertaking health and safety assessments and have experience of working with individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Competent in communication skills and confident the successful candidate will be a good team worker who displays genuine empathy with unemployed customers.

37.5 hours per week
