SolarCity is seeking a Multimedia/UI Designer to help implement Solarcity’s ambitious and consumer and commercial marketing campaigns. The Multimedia/UI Designer will join a marketing team of 15 talented individuals and will report to Solarcity’s creative director. This position will collaborate with other designers, brand managers, online and advertising managers, external agency partners and SolarCity stakeholders in creating assets for our interactive and print projects.

We market our solar and energy efficiency products and services via TV, radio, web, online ads, print ads and social media platforms. This role has a lot of variety with campaigns and assets under constant development. Emphasis will be on online design and production, especially Flash/Actionscript- helping us develop rich media assets for our online ads and web/mobile presence, though designer will also work on print projects.
Rapid turnaround on everything from website layout to online ads to print brochures is our daily charge. To excel in this role, you must be a success-driven team player who both injects fresh thinking and vigilantly follows direction. Sample work must demonstrate solid Flash, graphic layout, user interface, and Photoshop skills. We also work in InDesign and MS Office on a daily basis. Skills in web development, online video production, photography, illustration, motion graphics and copywriting will be put to work, so please highlight your experience in these areas.
