OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and organised administrator, with good communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude, to be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and supporting 40+ staff. Working closely with the Senior Office Manager, you will be liaising with a range of suppliers and service providers to ensure that the office is maintained to a high standard and all our staff needs are met, working with our IT consultants to provide effective helpdesk support for our staff in London as well as our offices in Scotland and Europe, helping to ensure that we comply with Health and Safety regulations, and providing administrative support to our HR Manager. Candidates should have a solid background in office administration, and some experience in HR administration and/or IT support would be an advantage. You will need to have the ability to work within a small team as well as on your own, good attention to detail, a patient and flexible approach, and be a true multi-tasker. Customer service awareness is key. |
