Description

 Title : Marine Protected Area (MPA)Project Preparation Expert

Mission : preprare the project docuement for the funding  of  a Cetacean and Dugong MPA in the Indian Ocean by the French Global Environmental Facility

Duration : 30 days including 25 of field mission in 5 countries of the Indian Ocean Community (Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles, Commores, Reunion isl)

Starting date : mid april 2010 (or early may 2010)

Expertise : previous experience in project preparation for international donor agency + knowledge in marine ecology & conservation

Languages : French fluency MANDATORY (including writing) + english

Contract : free-lance contract
