Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing, implementing, overseeing program performance management and reporting systems.
  • Preparing and updating Performance Management Plans (PMP), ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of calculation methodologies used in the PMP
  • Establishing data collection and management systems
  • Coordinating with organizations/partners
  • Providing performance data, ensuring data integrity, verifying data
  • Preparing and submitting all required performance reports to USAID.
  • Overseeing preparation of the GHG Emissions Inventory and GHG Mitigation Plan.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 10+years relevant experience, including at least 5+ years in a senior M&E role
  • Advanced degree in monitoring and evaluation, environmental or climate change-related studies in public policy, economics, international cooperation/international development, or a related field
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Experience on USAID projects highly desired.
  • Experience in supporting complex, multi-national/regional activities involving coordination with multiple program partner institutions.
  • Subject matter expertise in global climate change issues.
  • Familiarity with the political, social, and cultural context of working in Asia (in particular Thailand, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Philippines and/or Vietnam)
Professional Skills:
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
