Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, overseeing program performance management and reporting systems.
- Preparing and updating Performance Management Plans (PMP), ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of calculation methodologies used in the PMP
- Establishing data collection and management systems
- Coordinating with organizations/partners
- Providing performance data, ensuring data integrity, verifying data
- Preparing and submitting all required performance reports to USAID.
- Overseeing preparation of the GHG Emissions Inventory and GHG Mitigation Plan.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+years relevant experience, including at least 5+ years in a senior M&E role
- Advanced degree in monitoring and evaluation, environmental or climate change-related studies in public policy, economics, international cooperation/international development, or a related field
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience on USAID projects highly desired.
- Experience in supporting complex, multi-national/regional activities involving coordination with multiple program partner institutions.
- Subject matter expertise in global climate change issues.
- Familiarity with the political, social, and cultural context of working in Asia (in particular Thailand, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Philippines and/or Vietnam)

- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
