MiniHydro Project Engineering Manager

Leading global engineering consultancy. Minihydro technology selection and project management role. Based in Asia Unique MiniHydro-specialized role with a Global Engineering Consultancy based in Asia (preference for Singapore).

OVERVIEW: 
– Work with prospective and active clients/end-users investigating mini-hydro projects. 
– Grow the function in APAC from a start-up division / focus into a full competency centre. 
– Understand technical requirements and evaluate and propose mini-hydro technology solutions. 
– Proactively identify and propose technologies for mini-Hydro applications. 
– Manage the start-to-finish, project management, construction and commissioning of mini-Hydro projects averaging 6 to 12 months.

SCOPE: 
– Full APAC coverage but with a focus on SE Asia countries like Malaysia, Indonesia and the like. 
– Individual constributor to start with opportunities to grow with the function. Depending on the project size will manage a team of contractors, technology providers and 3rd parties.

ARE YOU QUALIFIED?: 
– Do you have experience working on mini-hydro projects anywhere in the world involving technology evaluation, project management and construction / commissioning? 
– Are you presently working in Singapore, SE Asia or willing to relocate to the region?
