Midwest Energy Efficiency Programs Internship

DESCRIPTION:

Program Policy and Design - Assist in the execution of viable customer programs, working directly with staff to enhance policies and procedures, experience the internal operations  of a non-profit organization

·Gain an understanding of the industry and regulatory oversight as it pertains to Energy Efficiency Programs

·Research market data, industry changes, including best practices and program standards

·Monitoring changing legislation as it pertains to Energy Efficiency standards and product development

·Research and analyze program participation data to identify trends, and assist in the development of targeted outreach strategies

·Gain industry expertise  in the realm of energy efficiency, sustainability and market transformation

·Work directly with residential energy audit programs, development of additional energy saving concepts, and creation of related training materials.
